Welcome!

I have been in practice for 30+ years. I chose massage therapy because I was fascinated by the body and its potential to heal. I believe that we all need to take time to reconnect to our bodies and create the space for them to process ~ physically, mentally and emotionally. Massage therapy is the perfect vehicle for that. It has been an honor to participate in my clients' times of healing.

On your first visit we will discuss your medical history and reasons for seeking massage. Your session will be tailored to your needs. In addition to a blend of therapeutic and deep tissue work, I may include hot stone and cupping. I also offer assisted stretching sessions - once I've worked with you we can discuss if this would be beneficial.
